| Another successful district Social was held on Saturday March 28th at Chorley Masonic Hall. |

| After receiving a welcome from the District Grand Prefect, members of the Degree from all parts of the District together with their wives, partners and friends enjoyed a delightful meal with much conversation across the tables. |

| Following the meal, entertainment was provided by Paul Dee and Gerry Sandon, plus a world premiere of a |
"West Lancs AMD Shadows Tribute". |

| The first prize for knowing all the words to hits from the sixties and being able to name all the Shadow's hits played went to our District Treasurer William Richmond. |

| All in all a pleasurable evening was enjoyed by everyone attending, giving the closing remarks the Deputy District Grand Prefect, thanked everybody for their support, expressing the gratitude of the District to Geoff Catterall and his wife Sue for arranging such a successful evening. |
